“ Purchased used 2024 Ram 2500 Truck. The first day I looked at the truck I noted the back seat was wet...at time I assumed the window had been left open?? I told sales guy about it, he said he would check out... As it ended up there was a cab leak. Leaking inside drivers side rear corner, dripping on top of back seat. It was Michigan winter and did not see anything until things thawed out then it was obvious there was a problem. My beef is that the dealer put about 6K miles on this truck according to car fax...in that time no one noticed this problem??? I find that hard to believe. I did talk to sales manager after my purchase, he said they would fix it under warranty....as of tomorrow my truck will have been at another dealer that is closer to my home for 2 weeks straight getting this issue corrected. It is unfortunate to spend so much money and time trying to find the right truck and the right price only to have this leak, something that should have been corrected before the truck was ever sold, especially given the fact that it is still under warranty. Very disappointing experience.... ”
“ Ha! We pulled up to the front door at the showroom. When we walked in, there was nobody there to greet us. So, we walked around the showroom, noticing several people who were most likely working in the sales area. Only one of them had a person engaged in conversation. We walked through the showroom, looking at the new vehicles. Not a single person acknowledged us. We are well-dressed people, and we drove up in a 2021 Duramax. Obviously, we can afford to purchase. Yet, not even a nod of recognition was given to us. We came to purchase a new truck to pull our 35' 5th wheel trailer and trade in our Chevrolet 2500HD that has only 67k miles on it. After realizing that, we would have to take the initiative to wrangle a salesperson to take time for us, we decided to just walk out. After all, I am not going to beg someone to sell me an upgrade. There was not even a hello. As we were leaving, I received a text from the GMC dealer asking us to return and give them another chance for a sale. Yes, we went back to GMC, where we had been greeted well before. Sorry 😞 for you, Henkel. You lost a sale and even more in the years to come. ”

Opened the hood to find a ripped hose, and had to get it towed back there the following day only to have their service department claim it is 'not their fault'. “ I called about a jeep in stock. I worked directly with Loren the salesman, i told him exactly what the bank approved me for, he agreed he would try make the numbers work, he knew exactly what we were approved for, i was very straightforward. We drove an hour to test drive the jeep. After the test drive i crawled underneath, it had a substantial oil leak, he said the service department did a checkup on it, clearly they missed it. After i mentioned the leak, he then said he couldn't make our approved amount work, this is bad business practice. Dont lie to your potential customer and try to change the script after we show up. I plan on speaking with a manager tomorrow. He should have been up front and not wasted our time. ”
“ In my experience, Henkel quoted me far more than another shop for my vehicle repair, mishandled my warranty claim, refused to bill and provide me with a detailed receipt for their diagnosis time, and treated both me and my warranty company rudely. I would not recommend them. ”

We are trying to get it repaired elsewhere but are being stopped by an already open claim. Now they won’t close that claim, even though we’ve made several requests.
