Jeep was in on a recall. They were so busy and I was still right in and out.

Being 1200 miles away I wasn’t sure what sort of reply I would get when I made an internet inquiry about a car I liked. My first contact were with Jaime and Morgan from the internet sales team. They didn’t blast me with calls and annoying emails. They asked how they could help. I told them what was interested in. How far away I was and basic out the door wishes. I quickly got the info I needed and out in touch with Sheldon “Casey” C in sales. He was awesome to deal with. We got things done in just a few emails. I flew in. They picked me up. We did paperwork and off I went as one happy customer! The dealership itself is beautiful. Possibly the nicest I’ve seen. The customer waiting area for service makes me envious. Fireplace, tv, couch. Like your living room! They really treat you like a friend at Henkel. It’s clear that Mr. Henkel has instilled a culture that makes people really enjoy being there. They are a model for everything that is right.
I can't think of anything I would want to improve. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Our car was wonderful and cleaned up perfectly. Our salesperson, Wally, was the best to work with!!
