Awesome Experience! I purchased an essentially new 2017 Alfa Romeo from Loren - it was from a bankrupt dealer. He went totally beyond the call of duty and provided awesome service.Carl and Justin in the service department are archangels in my book. I purchased a Giulia from another dealership, and upon arrival it had a dead battery and many fault codes, warning lights and an in operable infotainment system. My selling dealership was at a loss as their service options were backed up a week. In desperation, I called Ziegler‘s Alfa Romeo, and spoke with Carl. He quickly got Justin on the phone and did a conference call with my selling dealership. Justin is a master of Alfa Romeos… Upon learning of the codes, he knew that the problem was a dead battery with low voltage, stated the battery was “toast”, and needed to be replaced. He provided my selling dealership with the exact Mopar or NAPA battery, and the instructions to start and stop my Giulia at least six times after clearing the fault codes. Thanks to extraordinary efforts by, Loren, Henkel was able to completely repair my Julia, and prep it and prepare it for my delivery and my 10 hour ride from Michigan to Delaware. Henkel is simply a pinnacle of superb customer service. Highly recommend!
